Information We Collect

We only collect what you choose to share with us — for example, your name, phone number, and email when you register with one of our stores (such as ITCE or lustrialab), your message when you contact us directly, or basic profile details (name, email) from Google or Facebook if you choose to sign in that way. If you enable fingerprint or Face ID sign-in (a passkey), your device's biometric data never leaves your device or reaches our servers — we only store a security key your device generates, the same way Face ID and Touch ID work everywhere else. Registering with one of our stores does not share your details with our other stores — each keeps its own separate customer records.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide only to respond to your inquiries, process your orders, and improve our services — including things like order history, loyalty points, and product reviews on our stores. We do not use it for advertising or profiling. Any email updates we send include a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can opt out of marketing emails at any time from your account.

Cookies

Our site uses a small number of functional cookies: one to remember the language you choose (Arabic, English, or Chinese) so you don't have to select it again on every page, and one to keep you securely signed in if you choose to stay logged in. These cookies do not track your browsing across other websites or identify you for advertising, and we do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies.

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. If you choose to sign in with Google or Facebook, those companies process your basic profile information according to their own privacy policies. Our website is hosted on Oracle Cloud infrastructure, which stores your data securely on our behalf and does not use it for its own purposes. We only share your information beyond this where required by law.

Data Security

We protect your information with encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the entire site, restricted staff access to customer data, and regular backups stored securely in more than one location.
